Great book about memory

This book really hit home with me since I have a similar memory for dates. Frank Healy has a remarkable memory and shares his story with wit and humor. Everyone can benefit from the tips and tricks outlined in this book. It's definately worth reading!

Being able to remember your life means that you always know who you are, and what you are here for....

After reading this book, I wonder what a marvelous tool a good memory is! You have in your hands the ability to connect dates and events from all times, and then make sense of your own development. When working as a therapist, the main battle was helping people to remember and own pieces of their own lives "forgotten" or better denied from consciousness. Only by remembering the hidden pieces of their own stories, they could make sense of whole lives. This book has connected me with this power and made me willing to explore ways to awaken this power and put it to good use, at any age.
